Steps to reproduce:
1. remove mozregistry / documents folder
2. run Mozilla Installer

Actual Results: List of profiles to migrate are shown, pressing start to migrate
does nothing

Expected results: Profile would migrate

Builds: 1999101308, both commercial and mozilla
On todays mozilla and commercial build, I also see this problem using the build
found on:
ftp://sweetlou/products/client/seamonkey/macos/8.x/ppc/1999-10-13-08-M11/

I crash when I click on the start button.  I was able to create a profile
through launching the 'mozilla messenger' icon.

It would prompt me for a profile name then ask me to enter in my mail
information.  I was successful in creating new profile under IMAP and POP.

yes, I see this on my mac, too.

I'm investigating a bunch of mac profile / migration bugs, and I'll add this to
my list.

migration on mac is broken, but I can't work on it until 16551 is fixed.

Halloween is still here- I tested this on a different machine today and was able
to migrate -

the reason this worked is that danm fixed 16551.

I am still unable to migrate on my machine, I wiped out old 4.x profiles and
created new but problem still exists-I press start and nothing happens.

I found that sometimes I don't see any "migrating files" progress dialog come up
when I click start, but when I held the mouse button down longer during the
click it worked.  Last time this happened, I also tried changing to another
mouse on my machine and it worked.

Try a longer click.

FYI -- several of us in mailnewsqa who weren't previously able to migrate have
been doing so successfully in the nov4 (and 5th) commercial builds.
Also, I noticed that if nothing happens on clicking the start button and I click
it again, I crash.  If I exit, then try migrating again, I'm ok.

Thanks for the suggestions, I am trying them, so far to no avail. I am
checking into borrowing a mouse but will continue such methods.  I can migrate
on Jimmy's machine so I know it is my machine, - just trying to figure out why!

marking verified on build 1999110916-commercial last build of day
am able to migrate on other machines- still not on my own, will continue to
investigate my machine but migration works on others I  have tested
