On the times we had two implementations of prefs, the old prefs in dialog and the in-content prefs, it was logic to have this names. But now we don't need this and can name it normally as preferences.

This renames the directories /incontentprefs/ and /in-content/ into /preferences/ to remove the incontent denomination in our tree.
