It looks like the stub ping is not included in the list of common pings here. Let's get it moved over there and then we can link to it from the docs within the actual stub code.
Also, we should adjust the details around the data source to point to the newly moved data source. I'll add specifics to this bug once I find them, still tracking that info down.

Also, it looks like starting Jan 27, 2020 this includes historical data for the full installer as well. Use installer_type='stub' to filter down. This should probably be added to the docs somewhere and maybe we just rename this so it's even more clear that this ping covers both.

We should also change the 'download_cancelled' text in the docs to 'user_cancelled' since that's the name of the key that's actually getting sent.
