Hold down the middle mouse button to get the autoscroll window to pop out. It should be just a round circle but now it is square and has a shadow.

I can't test right now, but I suspect this is the same issue as bug 1632004, but for Windows.
This selector increased specificity which caused this: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/6c312e49ee094e66684abedc5ee314dfa595bfa1#l18.13
Bug 1625720 should fix this.

I see this on Mac with the normal theme, but in my case on middle-click, I see a grey square no image at all.

Reproduced the initial issue using an old Nightly from 2020-04-21. Verified that the issue here is fixed on latest Nightly 77.0a1 (2020-04-29) across Windows 10 64bit and macOS 10.15
