one issue we keep seeing is that the github project role for cloud-image-builder keeps getting deleted by ci-configuration causing ci tasks to lose access to secrets, often mid task (group) which causes image builds to fail (eg: https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/groups/egXxLr8YS_CD8jkcJsbSfg).
