This bug is for adding treeherder links to the test descriptions so that we can see where they are running and their current status. This slightly depends on a taskgraph integration because we need to know what branches the tests might run on.

Severity: -- → S3

An alternative path here is to link to an improved test view in Perfherder, which may be more suitable for onward links to graphs, jobs, alerts, etc.
