Looking at the page right now it's hard to read and not actionnable.
Things I would like to have in there:
- Classified by franework, platforms
- remove all the redundant text everywhere
- display for each page load test:
- the tested URL
- a link (search link) to the last run on treeherder

The framework is broken down at the table of contents so that doesn't need to be implemented - if that's not what you mean here, could you elaborate on that?
Getting platforms is a much larger task since we need to integrate perfdocs with taskgraph to do this. It's already covered by this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1615289
For the others, I filed separate bugs for each of them.

I'm not convinced we need a meta bug to round up perfdocs improvements, especially as we're using the [perfdocs] convention in the bug summaries.
