Upon reflection, I think making the folks managing the layout of about:home / about:newtab remember to bump an obscure value every time they make a non-forward compatible change is asking for trouble.

We currently invalidate the normal startupcache when the buildID changes. Let's just do the same for the about:home startup cache too.

Turns out I'd filed this one already.
