I see this on a completely new profile after cancelling the account wizard. A new start on this profile shows it no more.
I tried the same with TB 68 and see the same -> no new regression.

Thanks for the confirmation, Richard. Right, I think I saw this before, but this stood out looking at the error console on a first run, together with bug 1634341.

I don't see this with 78.1.1. But it's not in a new profile. At what point are you cancelling the account wizard?
