Work, which I originally planned for bug 1593226, has to be moved out to it's own bug due to more upcoming dependencies. Right now this conflicts a bit with our MVP selection. So lets do that later this month.

The targets here are:

  • Register observer notifications only once
  • Make it easier to handle various observer modules

Creation of shared modules will take place while we implement WebDriver BiDi. In some cases we might want to use these newly created modules also for CDP but that should be considered on separate bugs.
