I'm sorry I think it is not clear in #163417.But it is not a Marquee problem.
Steps:
1.launch Mozilla1.0,go to the URL:http://www.sina.com.cn
2.launch IE,go to the URL: http://www.sina.com.cn
Now note the IE's screen,when you move scrollbar,there are two flash pictures at
the bottom of screen.They are always locating the bottom of screen.However,you
can only note the two falsh pictures in the end of the page in mozilla.It is not
Marquee problem .I think it is a javascript problem because they appear in two
javascript files.I don't know why,please tell me.Thanks,good luck.
