In Bug 1636429 (Use SVG icons for the checkmarks in trees), virtualFolderListDialog is changed to use mailWindow1.css rather than virtualFolderListDialog.css so we need to update SeaMonkey's themes to fix this.
Put the css into folderPane.css as that is where the rest of the treechildren seem to be...
