I think we are managing comms and release notes and such as part of our planning process for DoH, and someone will own the task of making sure we reach out to relman if needed. I'd rather stick to that and avoid saying anything here in case I misrepresent something - but please let me know if it's important to capture relnotes in a bug and I can try to bring it up and make it part of our process. Thanks!
