Please deploy the v12.9.0 tag of the blurts-server repo to https://stage.firefoxmonitor.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net/ and then https://monitor.firefox.com/.

Requires a new environment variable:
EXPERIMENT_ACTIVE=0
