Steps To Reproduce:

  1. set MOZ_FORCE_DISABLE_E10S=1 in Dos prompt
  2. Launch firefox.exe
  3. Open newTab page(about:newtab) or Home(about:home)

Actual Results:
content is blank

Expected Results:
newTab / Home page should display
