- Have Firefox in German (locale code "de"), French should also work. Reproduced with 78.0a1 20200519094847.
- In the toolbar, click the button with three horizontal lines on the right.
- Click the menu item with the gift icon near the bottom.
Actual result: What's New panel option to notify on new content/changes doesn't have it's checkbox shown.
Expected: Checkbox shown like in English.
