The user has tried the following:

  • I am logged in my mobile device.
    I have been trying to log in using my laptop for months now, and I can´t.
    Never received the email, I added you to my contacts and kept trying but nothing happens.

I verified with the user that their email is indeed working.

Can we investigate on our side what might be happening or to see if we can unlock the account by attached identity verification.
