I have been trying to get a code by email to log in into my account. Opened a ticket. No luck so far. Months. I can't really understand

Steps to reproduce:
I am just trying to log into my account in may laptop to sync with my phone and other computers but it is impossible. It has been months since this started to happen and I did not receive any message from you after following all the steps. I do not know what else to do and it is very frustrating and annoying because it stops all my workflow.
Actual results:
I don't know. I am logged in at my mobile.
Expected results:
To be able to log in. If not to be able to receive the email (Do not tell me to add your email to may contacts, I did several times) I just want to get a single mail from you saying why this is happening and how to solve it. No luck for at least 4 months. This is my last try, if nothing happens I will back go back to my former browser. I like yours but this is just not acceptable. There is no way to solve it or contact you.

Hi there, I’m so sorry you’re having this problem—it’s frustrating for sure, and I really appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Bugzilla or SUMO is the best way to contact us, you did the right thing.
Unfortunately, I don’t know why you aren’t getting verification emails, despite having us in your address book. :jbuck, could you please check up on this user’s account? I’ve also CCed some more FxA folks who might be able to help with troubleshooting.

Hi there, Firefox Accounts hasn't received any bounces from your email address angelpf@gmail.com . Can you confirm that this is the email address you're using with Firefox Accounts?

yes, that is the correct address. When I tried, from at least 2 different computers, it ever came through. I checked everything, spam, error messages... I was waiting for the email in real time. But nothing.
I will write the email again in uppercase ANGELPF@GMAIL.COM no spaces, no nothing special. just letters at the GMAIl.COM server.

It looks like we successfully delivered mail (according to the logs) to your address on May 20th and 22nd. It might help to search for from:accounts@firefox.com in:all
in gmail which should search all the places it might get filtered to. Does that search show anything?

thank you very much for your help, the emails were in the trash but don't ask me why.
I just tried to log in again and the email with the code was sent to the trash right away.
So I checked all the filters, blocked addresses and nothing but they keep going to the trash. I don't know why.
Thanks again, I feel a little embarrased about this because I checked everywhere but the trash.

Hi there, you have 2 factor authentication enabled on your account, you'll need to get the 6-digit code from that
