Note

  • The user can share the Global Sharing Indicator window. He should not be able to share it.

Affected versions

  • Beta v77.0b8

Affected platforms

  • Windows 7
  • Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

  1. Engage in a video call.
  2. Click the app's screen-sharing button.
  3. From the permission door-hanger, choose the "Firefox - Sharing Indicator" selection.

Expected result

  • The user should not be able to share the Global Sharing Indicator window.

Actual result

  • The user can share the Global Sharing Indicator window.

Regression range

  • This is NOT an implementation issue. It a previously existing one.

Additional notes

  • This issue was found to reproduce with Zoom, Jumpchat on Windows.
