User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020721
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020721

In the previous release (1.0), I noticed that when I launched a page via 3rd
party email (eudora) or by selecting a desktop shortcut, it would always spawn a
new browser window. With the new version, it seems to now always update the
current window to the new URL, which is rarely what I want to happen.
I cannot locate a preference that controls this "feature" and it is darned
annoying, especially when I'm debugging something and take some time to follow
an link someone sends me.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page in Mozilla
2. Select a shortcut on desktop.

Actual Results:
3. Mozilla changes to the new URL.

Expected Results:
It used to pop up a new window with the new URL. I would either like a new
window or the preference to use the new window.

I noticed this as soon as I updated to 1.1 from 1.0.
