When Mozilla is the default browser, the Eudora ini setting NetscapeURLDDE=0
should cause clicked links within an email message to open in a new browser
window. This worked in Mozilla 1.0. But, in 1.1, no mattter what the setting,
the current browser window is used. Here is the description of the setting from
Eudora support pages:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set NetscapeURLDDE=1 in Eudora.ini 
2. Open a browser window
3. Click a link in an email
4. Watch your window contents get stepped on.
Actual Results:  
Existing browser window was used for new location.

Expected Results:  
Opened a new window.

Oddly, when I launch an HTML file from Exploer, a new window *does* get opened.
The only behavior change is clicked links from within Eudora.
