There are three prefs that contain "cpows", dom.ipc.cpows.forbid-unsafe-from-browser, dom.ipc.cpows.log.enabled and dom.ipc.cpows.log.stack. I'll remove those here.
Note that there's also dom.ipc.cpow.timeout, but that is still set or read in a few places so that can be dealt with separately.
Summary: Remove CPOWs preferences → Remove cpows preferences
