We save the wrong password on some pages where the following flow takes place.

Enter password -> click submit -> password field loses focus -> page munges password -> form is submitted

It can be very difficult to detect munging here, especially in cases of partial munging. As a mitigation, we should show the user both passwords. We should also be able to filter out munges that happen immediately before submission, and should experiment with filtering out changes to inputs made by the site.
