When viewing a message with a URL, mouse-right on the link produces a context
menu with "Open link in new window".  It should also include "Open link in new
tab", and be ordered the same as the browser context menu.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a mail message with a URL
2. Click right on the URL
3.

Actual Results:  
Context menu shows

  Open Link in New Window
  Copy Link Location
  -----------------------
  Save Link Target As...
  Bookmark This Tink

Expected Results:  
Context menu shows

  Open Link in New Window
| Open Link in New Tab
  -----------------------
  Save Link Target As...
  Bookmark This Link
| Copy Link Location

(note change bars; order should be same as link context menu in browser.)


Workaround: copy link, switch to browser, create new tab, paste link, go.
Or:         copy link, switch to browser, paste link, control-enter.
(Mouse-middle isn't available on systems with no middle mouse button.)
