16434 - [dogfood] can't unselect objects

using 10/14 build of apprunner

1) launch apprunner + editor
2) insert image or table
3) try click next to the object
to get the cursor to appear
4) try entering some text.

you can't do it...it still shows the object selected..

all platforms.

if you click directly on it now it selects the whold image if you select next to
it it will put the caret in the correct place. also, you can use left and right
arrows to "do what you want" also.

reopening because I'm expecting the text to show up next to the image
not below it....see 4.x....text shows up next to image...

i dont think this is selection any more.

I've investigated this.  The text appears on it's own line because we wrap it in
a div.  Since the image is not included in the div, the image appears on a
seperate line.  There are a couple of ways for me to fix this that I'm thinking
about.

Clearing Fixed status ... it's confusing some people as to the actual state of
the bug.
