Steps to reproduce:
Load up YouTube videos at random and activate full-screen.
Actual results:
There is an observable 1-pixel tall horizontal strip of incorrect color at the bottom of the video. The color of the strip is inconsistent; sometimes it is more noticeable than other times when the color is further from the video's actual colors.
Attached is an example of the strip clearly visible at the bottom of what should be an all-black frame of video.
Expected results:
Video should not have this strip.
