Hmm. I still see the noise problem in that graph. The problem isn't the temporary dip from April 30 to May 9. It's that the "raptor-tp6-reddit-firefox loadtime opt fission" results (the cyan boxes in the screenshot in comment 0) are slower and noisier than the "raptor-tp6-reddit-firefox loadtime opt" results on Linux:
The "raptor-tp6-reddit-firefox loadtime opt" results are between 1400 - 1550 ms.
The "raptor-tp6-reddit-firefox loadtime opt fission" results are between 1400 - 1830 ms.
