This is the metabug for Fission pageload issues.

Methods for measurement: raptor (once support lands, or by forcing fission on); local browsertime runs, etc. Emphasis on visual metrics (and things like FirstPaint).

tp6 browsertime results run locally with the fission setTimeout patch included - opt build, high end linux desktop (28core), small amount of other activity on the machine (rarely):
