I'm reporting an issue that fabrixx2 has noted while determining the cause of a build system issue reported over here

It sounds like when an hg clone https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central is attempted, the clone times out:

Connection reset by peer

I have tried at least 8 times in the last 3 days always the same problem, never occurred in the past few months

I'm unsure how to debug this issue further, so I'm going to defer to you hg folks :)

Sounds like the user running into this problem was able to resolve the situation locally, so I'm not sure that we'll be able to get more information to diagnose this failure.
Closing this for now.
