Maybe it would be a good idea, to have this in Thunderbird 78 ESR, too.

There are new strings in m-c and we have a string freeze for 78.

I would bet, that there will be a lot of problems because of corrupt startup caches, when people will be updated to 78.* in combination with add-on updates. But maybe only add-on developers have seen all this trouble in the development process.
