Steps to reproduce:
- Go to PC settings and set 'High Contrast' mode.
- Launch Firefox
- In Address bar, type about:preferences#privacy in order to reach 'Browser Privacy' settings.
- In 'Permissions' section, click on 'Settings...' button to open 'Autoplay-Settings' panel.
- Notice that there is a missing border in panel (please, refer to screenshot for more details), when comparing with Normal mode.
