Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Start firefox with clean profile
- Enable gfx.webrender.all
- Restart firefox
- Open enough blank tabs to get the down arrow in top right corner to appear
- Press the arrow with the mouse and do not move the mouse
- Press down on the keyboard few times to get the highlighted row into the list of tabs
Actual results:
The hightlighted row is one step behind behind actual selection. Pressing enter key activated next tab the the one highlighted. Changing the direction and pressing up has a delay, after the first up the highlighted row still goes one down.
Expected results:
Currectly highlighted tab will be the one which is activated on pressing enter key.

Completely forgot that I'm on linux (up-to-date archlinux to be precise). That is probably relevant.
