We inherited some of these rules from the old indicator which seem to hide the focus ring for some of the buttons. We should figure out why this was done, and if it's still necessary. If not, we can remove this and probably get our focusrings back.

From what I can tell, the decision to remove the focus rings was in bug 1042163, because the old indicator couldn't be accessed by the keyboard at all. I think the new one can, so we don't have to inherit the same rules.
