mobile.js is a ever growing list of prefs that have not been cleaned up since the GV/Fennec split.
There are a bunch of easy things to remove such as https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/tip/mobile/android/app/mobile.js#l586-607 Sync prefs, reader mode, unified telemetry, updater, privacy.item, etc.
There are a lot of lines of behavior to control scrolling and GFX stuff that should be retained.
Ideally if we have the time starting with a clean slate and adding back what we need would be good.
