Noticed that submitting forms fails when using Edge.
First I struggled to log-in as I would get that message repeatedly on different attempts to log-in. (Somehow it worked when I was trying to document it failing)
Now I also can not submit changes to a bug as I get the same message - with a different URL. (see attachment)

Expected behavior: I can submit forms

I disabled all extensions and turned off Tracking Prevention in Edge. Both didn't help.
(now submitting this using Firefox)

I assume this is when submitting changes to an attachment? That page is the only place I have found that we use sandboxing for iframes.

I originally encountered that message when trying to log-in, and later when trying to leave a comment on a bug. (Haven't tried changing an attachment as you suggested) Trying to reproduce it today failed. Not sure why it is working now, but I am glad it is.

Probably fixed by bug 1646559 landing in production. Thanks for checking this out again.

Hmm this worked for me while using the new Edge on Windows. No error in console. There must be some other variable I am missing.

Submitting bug-comments in Edge works for me again. 🤷‍♂️
