Recently the news page of the Finnish Broadcasting Company
(http://www.yle.fi/uutiset) has been rendered incorrectly when the page is
initially loaded (cache is cleared or shift-Reload done). In the left pane, the
table rows are way too high. Reloading or resizing the window will show it
correctly. I can't say the exact date, but it has worked correctly in the past.

Yes, I see the problem too.
Reloading the frame DOES give proper layout.

That site no longer displays this behavior for me, but the test case in bug
164992 that was mark as a duplicate of this one (don't know if it is) that I
reported still happens for me with Gecko/20021207.  I don't want to see this one
get marked as RESOLVED when my bug was marked RESOLVED because it was set as a
duplicate of this.

Yes, it still happens with build 2003011508 on WinXP. The problem doesn't show
as often as before though (maybe the paint timeout, bug 180241, has something to
do with the frequency?). I usually see it when I start Mozilla. This time I was
able to reproduce it by clearing cache, shutting down and starting up again with
this page as my home page. If it matters, I'm using Modern theme and I've set
Navigator and MailNews to open upon startup.

The problem only occurs with the page online. If you save it to
disk and load it locally, it will display correctly no matter what.
