When page is loaded the table run to reight.
If I press Reload button the page is rendered with sucess.

The problem occur in Netscape, Mozilla, Chimera, etc...

WFM in build 2002092604 PC/Win98.
Changed Platform/OS from all/all to Mac/OS X to match reporter's string.
Severity ->normal
->layout

Reporter, you might wish to try a more recent (1.1 or 1.2) build.

Confirmed using FizzillaCFM/2002092611. Hard to diagnose. Problem doesn't seem
to manifest when file loaded locally.

Attachment: testcase

on first load (or shift-reload), the first nested table (align=right) occupies
the right side of the outer table, and the second nested table (bgcolor=blue)
occupies the left side.  On reload, the first table shifts to the left and
overlaps the second table which expands to fill the outer table.

the fact that the testcase doesn't exhibit the bug locally is a result of the
fact that Mozilla did not not properly reflow the table when the image size
became known.  That puts this bug in a class when many other bugs, but that
doesn't make them dupes of bug 164506.

Anyway this bug has a testcase and bug 164506 is almost completely undiagnosed
so any duping ought to be the other way around.
