Steps to reproduce:
I have download a webpage so I can read it while offline. I also created a simple html page with a few divs and paragraphs to test reader mode with.
Actual results:
Reader mode did not show up or work. I even tried the addon "Toggle Reader View" and manually adding about:reader?url= before the url to my local file, but the addon does nothing and prepending the url leads to a blank page.
Expected results:
Reader mode should show up and work for local files.
