Steps to reproduce:

Started a new mail message.

Actual results:

New mail message window opened, but the the CC option is to the right of the 'From' field.

Expected results:

I would like to have the 'CC' input box on its own row and always below the 'To' field, so that I can easily TAB to the next field.

Ideally, this would be achieved by an option to 'Save Current Layout' from the 'View' menu item.

This idea is in line with the ability of Thunderbird to Save the Column items and order in the message list UI.

I support this request, the user should have the ability to rearrange or save a layout view, when the default design layout is not the ideal or best layout.
If Cc has been selected to be shown below TO field and the user uses this combo on a regular basis, then the selection needs to be saved as a default view.
