this is a german newspaper's homepage. the first few pages (screens, of the
startpage) render perfectly, but scrolling down reveals a real mess near the bottom.
noticed in
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/foren/go.shtml?read=1&msg_id=2213725&forum_id=32974
(sorry, german forum) that this problem only occurs on linux, at least windows
users reported no problems displaying the page.
the article refers to mozilla-1.1 final, i'm still on 1.1b (20020824). had a
friend reproduce the error with mozilla 1.0 and while the page was not rendered
with these artifacts, the bottom half did not display either.

hm, id did query, didnt i? nevertheless, this seems to be a dupe of bug 75214
well, at least the screenshot might be of some use.. sorry.
