User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:77.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/77.0
Steps to reproduce:
Thunderbird was trained to detect bugs, and now detects it reliably.
It is set up to move junk mail to junk folder ( at the same imap host as inbox).
Actual results:
Autodetected spam mail remains in Inbox.
If I manually mark it as junk again it moves to junk folder
Expected results:
Mail shoul be moved to junk folder automatically

A typical cause of this is the Junk folder not being recognized. Try changing the junk folder to "other" and pick a name.

The problem was that "move to junk" was only set in preferences, and not in account settings.
The reminder at the top of the settings window was left unnoticed. I think having two sets of controls is confusing
