This bug includes cleaning up and removing all the tests for old-RDM once RDM Fission has finished riding the trains to 79 release (Bug 1585005).

I ended up landing 1646892 with a workaround for old-RDM in E10SUtils.jsm::canProcessSwitchWithDocumentChannel, so we can remove that when this lands.
