User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:79.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/79.0

Steps to reproduce:

opened the following page with firefox nightly on my sony xperia xz1 compact (snapdragon 835): https://www.alpenvereinaktiv.com/mobile/de/tour/gamsstein-von-palfau/8828649/

Actual results:

scrolling through the page was choppy as soon as the map was visible.

with chrome and firefox stable scrolling was fast ans responsive as expected: https://youtu.be/ewU3AAXnYbM

Expected results:

scrolling with ff nightly + webrender should be at least as fast as with the old firefox, regardless of the content or the device.
