A meta-bug to track WebRender performance bugs that are not easily actionable due to lack of (up to date) information, to prevent them from accumulating in the triage list. For example bugs about a test case being slow on a specific configuration filed 2 years ago which may or may not have been fixed since then and we don't have a way to tell.
If enough new information comes in the bugs can move into one of the specific wr-perf meta-bug.
