Mouse down on an image until pop-up menu appears. Select Properties, and an
Element Properties window appears. This window can't be closed with a cmd-W
keystroke.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Mouse down on an image until pop-up menu appears.
2.Select Properties
3.Press cmd-W on keyboard

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Close the Element Properties window
Confirmed using Mac/1.1/9.2.2.
