When you drag bookmarks around in the sidebar, it always makes a copy now. I broke this.
Confirming this too on 2002-08-27-05 nightly.

Note: per duplicate Bug 165171, this affects bookmark folders as well. Dragging a folder elsewhere in the list creates a bookmark with the folder's name.
same with dragging items within the bm toolbar.
Fixed. Also fixed to ignore the option key if you try to drag-copy a bookmarks folder, since we can't yet do a deep copy of the folder contents.
