With any current or new bookmark or bookmark folder, dragging the item to some
other place in the sidebar list will create an empty bookmark if a folder.
In the case of moving bookmarks, a duplicate bookmark is created in the destination.
This happens whether one is trying to resort the bookmark list or whether trying
to move an item into a subfolder.
