I can reproduce on Mac and Windows. I verified on Mac that adding a fill: var(--lwt-toolbarbutton-icon-fill, currentColor); rule fixes it. This is also similar to what was done for bookmark items: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/91d82d7cbf05a71954dfa49d0e43824c7c973e62/browser/themes/shared/toolbarbutton-icons.inc.css#606
