reporter, please read the Bug Writing Guidelines
<http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html> before
filing a bug.
What is your build ID? And does this happen after you install Mozilla
over an older build?
Also, can you see the HOME button in the personal bar?

Build:
Mozilla 1.1
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826
The button is working fine on the personal toolbar
I have 1.1beta unzipped into directory, then I've downloaded 1.1 zip, renamed
original beta directoty to _old and unzipped 1.1final into new directory with
the name the 1.1 was in

Can someone change the design then? We need a Home button in the navigation toolbar.
