With bug 1651110 providing confidence, we can now ship FOG past Nightly. This means we can
- Enable
MOZ_GLEANfor all channels (still skipping Android) - Remove the "nightly-only" check in the FOG deletion request integration test (and any other FOG integration tests)

This also requires finding a place in the profile in which the Glean SDK can store its data. (and maybe also where FOG can store any data it might eventually need in the fullness of time)
